Common issues
Can't sign in to my account
Make sure you've verified your email address. Check your spam folder for the verification email from no-reply@buyurr.com. If you've forgotten your password, tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen.
My data isn't syncing
Pull down to refresh on any screen. Make sure you have an internet connection. If the problem persists, sign out and sign back in.
Premium features not showing after purchase
Go to More → Settings → Restore Purchases. If that doesn't work, sign out and sign back in. Your purchase is saved to your App Store account and will restore automatically.
Invite code not working
Make sure you're entering the code exactly as shown (letters and numbers, case-insensitive). Invite codes don't expire. If the problem continues, ask the household owner to generate a new code.
